We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our shared hosting and reseller hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.
All shared hosting plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or account upgrades.
VPS hosting plans are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. VPS refunds are subject to usage evaluation and may be prorated based on resource consumption.
Reseller hosting plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, provided no cPanel accounts have been created or services resold.
Dedicated servers are non-refundable once provisioned. Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Domain registrations are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be returned. This is due to the nature of domain registration and ICANN/registry regulations.
Domain renewals are also non-refundable once processed.
Premium SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued. Let's Encrypt and other free SSL certificates have no associated fees.

For plans that include a free domain registration, if a refund is requested, the current year domain registration fee (Rs.899 for .com, or prevailing rate for other TLDs) will be deducted from the refund amount. The domain remains yours to keep.
