Welcome to Ceohost Hosting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web hosting services, domain registration, and related services provided by Ceohost Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

"Account" means your customer account with Ceohost Hosting that allows you to access and use our Services.

"Services" means the web hosting, domain registration, and related services provided by Ceohost Hosting.

"User," "you," or "your" means the individual or entity that has registered for an Account and uses our Services.

"Content" means any information, data, or materials that you upload, store, or transmit through our Services.

3. Account Registration

To access our Services, you must create an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Services.
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your Account.

4. Service Usage

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use our Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Not use our Services to distribute spam or malicious content.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Not interfere with other users' use of our Services.

You are responsible for all content hosted on your account and must ensure it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due upon purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with your Account, including:

• Initial setup fees and recurring subscription fees.
• Domain registration and renewal fees.
• Add-on services and overage charges.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. Services with unpaid fees may be suspended or terminated.

6. Service Level Agreement

We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee for shared and VPS hosting services. Should our services fail to meet this guarantee due to issues within our control, you may request account credit as compensation, calculated as follows:

• 99.9% to 99.0% uptime: 5% monthly hosting credit
• 99.0% to 98.0% uptime: 10% monthly hosting credit
• Below 98.0% uptime: 25% monthly hosting credit

Planned maintenance, force majeure events, and issues caused by user actions are excluded from this guarantee.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

We may remove content that violates our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

8. Data Backup

While we provide backup services, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data. We are not liable for any data loss arising from backup failures, accidental deletion, or service termination.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Non-payment of fees.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

You may terminate your Account at any time through the client portal. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceohost Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ceohost Hosting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
