- Pirated software, copyrighted material without authorization
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Counterfeit goods or services
- Materials violating export control laws
2.2 Malicious Activities
You may not use our services to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Launch DDoS attacks or participate in botnets
- Perform network scanning, probing, or reconnaissance
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Phish for credentials or personal information
- Host command and control servers for malware
2.3 Abusive Behavior
Prohibited behaviors include:
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation of individuals
- Hate speech targeting protected groups
- Doxing (publishing private information without consent)
- Impersonating others or Ceohost staff
3. Resource Usage
3.1 Bandwidth and Storage
While we offer "unlimited" plans, reasonable usage applies. Prohibited uses include:
- Using hosting as a file backup service (not for website files)
- Hosting file sharing/download portals
- Streaming video/audio content without prior approval
- Maintaining inactive websites consuming excessive resources
3.2 CPU and Memory
We reserve the right to limit processes that:
- Consume more than 10% of server CPU for extended periods
- Use excessive memory affecting other users
- Run background daemons or cron jobs at inappropriate intervals
4. Email Usage
Email services must comply with:
- CAN-SPAM Act and applicable anti-spam laws
- Maximum of 200 emails per hour from shared hosting
- Authentication requirements (SPF, DKIM, DMARC for bulk sending)
- Opt-out mechanisms in all marketing emails
5. Security Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Keeping software (CMS, plugins, themes) updated
- Using strong, unique passwords
- Regularly scanning for malware
- Implementing security best practices for your applications
6. Reporting Violations
To report violations of this policy:

- Include the offending URL and description of the violation
We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Warning: First minor offense; time to correct the issue
- Suspension: Account suspended until issue resolved
- Termination: Permanent account closure without refund
- Legal Action: For criminal activities or repeated violations
8. Changes to Policy
We may modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
