Ceohost Datacenters Pvt. Ltd. ("Ceohost", "we", "us") operates ceohost.in and portal.ceohost.in ("Services"). This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect from you, why, how we use it, and your rights.
We use your data to provide the Services (billing, provisioning, support), to prevent fraud & abuse, to send transactional emails, and — only with your explicit opt-in — for occasional product updates.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with vendors who process it on our behalf under a signed DPA — Razorpay (payments), Postmark (transactional email), Cloudflare (CDN + DDoS), SendGrid (relay), and legally-required disclosures to Indian government authorities.
Under DPDP (India) and GDPR (EU) you have the right to access, correct, port and delete your personal data. Email dpo@ceohost.in from your registered email and we'll respond within 30 days.
Data is primarily stored in Mumbai. If you use global services (Singapore, Frankfurt, London, US, Sydney) some data is stored in those regions under standard contractual clauses.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (self-hosted Plausible, no personal data). We do not use tracking pixels or Facebook / Google Ads pixels.
